Supernatural is not just the reigning flavour of Indian soaps, it has also extended to reality TV scene as the upcoming season of Bigg Boss 13 will have a ghost theme. It’s not what it sounds like. The contestants will not be seen in disguise of daayans and chudails, but will be divided into two groups.
Each group will have six contestants. While players will be tasked with unmasking the ghosts in order to enter the house, ghosts need to protect their identity to stop players from entering the house, according to a source close to the show.
Bigg Boss 13 is expected to be fast-paced this time and contestants will reach finale in a month’s time, but the show will continue for another two months and eliminations, tasks and other fun would continue as usual.
In another twist to the show, Salman Khan, who’s set to return as the host of Bigg Boss for the tenth consecutive time, will get to decide the first elimination and would also decide nominations for second elimination, as per reports.
If reports are to believed, the ghost team will have six people including Meghna Malik, Pavitra Punia and Mahika Sharma, while players team include Devoleena Bhattacharjee, Rashmi Desai, Dayanand Shetty, Rajpal Yadav and Siddhart Shukla.
Bigg Boss house instead of Lonavla has been constructed in Mumbai’s Film City this time and all the contestants will be celebrities, unlike the past three seasons that also invited commoners in the house.
