Bigg Boss 13 leaked promos: Devoleena Bhattacharjee, Sidharth Shukla are confirmed contestants

Bigg Boss 13, an all-celeb affair this time, will be crispier and spicier this time with the show returning to its original timeslot of 10:30 PM on weekdays. Come September 29, and celebrities from different fields, sports to entertainment, will be locked inside the house for over 100 days without any contact with the outside world.

Here’s an interesting scoop for all the Bigg Boss lovers out there. Devoleena Bhattacharjee who played Gopi bahu in Saath Nibhaana Saathiya has been confirmed for participation and a promo featuring her will soon be released on official social media accounts of Colors TV. Meanwhile, a leaked promo video gives us a glimpse at Gopi bahu with her friends from the industry warning us that she’s nothing like the sanskari bahu she’s portrayed as.

Devoleena recently created a storm on social media after posting a series of hot pictures that didn’t go down well with her sanskaari fans. She was also called for questioning in a diamond merchant murder case. All these controversies have probably ensured a spot for her in the popular reality show.

Also, Balika Vadhu star Sidharth Shukla who was paired opposite late TV actress Pratyusha Banerjee in the show, has finally given his nod to feature in Bigg Boss, after getting approached several times.

In the leaked promo, he is introduced as India’s most eligible single. “Famous, hot, naughtly, har kunwari jisse karna chahe mingle,” says the promo.

Bigg Boss 13 will be fast-paced this time as contestants will reach finale in just a month’s time, after which the show will continue for another two months while eliminations, tasks and other fun would continue as usual.

In another twist to the show, Salman Khan, who’s set to return as the host of Bigg Boss for the tenth consecutive time, will get to decide the first elimination and would also decide nominations for second elimination, as per reports.

The contestants will be divided into two groups–ghost team and players team; each team will have six people. Ghost team will have Meghna Malik, Pavitra Punia and Mahika Sharma, while players team include Devoleena Bhattacharjee, Rashmi Desai, Dayanand Shetty, Rajpal Yadav and Siddhart Shukla.

Bigg Boss 13 is set to premiere on September 29 at 9 PM and will air Mon-Fri at 10:30 PM.
