New Delhi: Paras Chhabra and Mahira Sharma last night became the first contestants to reach the second level of Bigg Boss 13 after winning ticket to first finale task.
Paras was successful in garnering support of popular bahus Rashami Desai and Devoleena Bhattacharjee along with his connection in the house Mahira Sharma, in the BB Home Delivery task which was also the ticket to first finale task.
The task took a toll on a few friendships in the house, but it was a relief that like the others tasks of the season, it didn’t get cancelled and the housemates played with a lot of passion.
Rashami Desai and Paras Chhabra especially played with a do-or-die attitude but their motivations were different. While for Paras, it was pure survival, Rashami who was confident of reaching the second level of the show felt by saving Paras and Mahira, she was retaining two loyal friends in the house as the she was very much aware that the dynamics of the house are going to change after the entry of new housemates.
Devoleena also fully supported Paras probably in a hope that he would return the favour sometime later. What if she doesn’t reach the second level? It was disheartening that she did not apply her brains in the task and followed what Rashami had to say.
As far as Sidharth Shukla is concerned, he wanted to save his friend Asim Riaz and we can understand why.
Shukla who’s known for his hot-headed nature can only completely trust two people right now Aarti and Asim.
Confident that he would reach the next level with support of his fans, all he wanted was to save the two so that he could have their company in the second padaav of the game. As for Shehnaz, Sidharth doesn’t trust her any longer given her fickle-minded approach.
Talking about Shehnaz Gill, the Katrina of Punjab has somewhere lost her sheen. By walking into Sidharth Shukla’s shadow, she risked her popularity and now it’s too late. She should have either always remained independent or not indulge in groupism at all, as now she is neither treated as a loyal friend by anybody nor her individual game is standing out.
Mahira Sharma, the weakest link of the game right now, has gained entry to first finale by merely remaining loyal to Paras Chhabra as she doesn’t have much to offer on her own.
Shefali Bagga too made the same mistake as Shehnaz Gill by changing her strategy at the last moment. She should have either played individually and not gained entry into a group or should have been loyal to her friends. Right now, she has lost trust of Rashami and company by not giving the delivery to Paras and has no individual standing of her own.
Aarti Singh has begun to show her enthusiasm for the game now when she feels her survival is threatened in the house. She could have fared better had she realized this a bit earlier.
Rashami has shed her cry baby avatar to emerge as a fierce player and if she continues to play like this, she might reach Top 2 smoothly.
With Mahira winning ticket to finale, Shehnaz, Aarti and Shefali have less chances of making it to the second level as Devoleena and Rashami enjoy a huge fan base and are likely to enter Level 2 on basis of votes. It is clear that Rashami has been successful in breaking her arch enemy Sid Shukla’s group.
Wild card contestants Tehseen Poonawalla, Shefali Zariwala, Hindustani Bhau aka Vikas Pathak and Kesari Lal Yadav have already entered the secret portion of the house and monitoring the activities of the housemates and giving their feedback to Bigg Boss.
Will any of them make history by becoming the first wild card contestant to win Bigg Boss?
