New Delhi: Kasautii Zindagii Kay is gearing up for its darkest twist as Anurag tries to kill ladylove Prerna after suspecting her of cheating on him. But here’s the twist. Mr Bajaj proves to be the saviour for his ex-wife and love of his life and rescues her.
In the latest episode of Kasautii, Anurag takes Prerna to Howrah bridge saying he had to convey his feelings for her. He asks her if she loves him. Prerna says that she loves him so much that she could even sacrifice her life for him. Anurag throws her off the bridge and says–“then you should die.”
Prerna is shocked as she falls into the river but is soon rescued by Mr Bajaj (Karan Singh Grover), who has shunned her salt and pepper hair and sports a younger look.

It looks like Prerna and Mr Bajaj’s love story will kick off post this.
Bajaj then tells Prerna that Mr Basu had been scheming about taking over her property–which she acquired after Bajaj’s supposed death–and that was the reason he was getting married to her.
Prerna also understands Anurag’s game and joins the dots on how he had been devising this plan to deceive her along with Komolika.
She rushes to Basu Badi to confront Anurag but overhears his conversation with Sonalika/Komolika where the two are rejoicing over her death. Prerna is about to say something when Bajaj covers her mouth and takes her away from there.
In the coming episode, Bajaj will learn that Komolika has sent Prerna’s daughter to orphanage. The two will rush there only to find that Sneha has died in the fire that engulfed the orphanage.
Recently in Kasautii Anurag suspects that he is not the father of Prerna’s newborn after Mr Bajaj donates his blood and saves the infant’s life. Apparently Anurag’s blood group doesn’t match with the kid while Bajaj has the same blood group as the little Sneha.
Anurag’s mother Mohini too is of the opinion that Sneha is Mr Bajaj’s daughter and not Anurag’s. All this makes Anurag believe that Prerna has cheated on him and lied to him about keeping her distance from Bajaj while she was married to him.
Ekta Kapoor had confirmed about the deadly twist in a tweet.
