New Delhi: Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan complete eight years of marital bliss this year and the couple still set couple goals for many. Their son Taimur Ali Khan, born in 2016, with all the attention from media is a star already. As for Bebo, she is balancing motherhood and career quite well and her most recent releases are Angrezi Medium and Good Newwz.
The actress has fit into the family of Chhote Nawaab effortlessly and has brought a change that her husband Saif always wanted.
Talking about her relationship with Saif Ali Khan’s family on TV show Look Who’s Talking With Niranjan, Kareena shared: “Saif loves the atmosphere at home, where we are all sitting together eating, having fun like one big Iranian Family. That’s what I enjoy and that’s what he (Saif) feels I’ve brought to the family.”
Kareena also shares a warm relationship with Saif’s children Sara and Ibrahim from his first wife Amrita Singh. “I love them dearly, we’ve just come back from a vacation in London and both of them are extremely well brought up. I’m yet to see children who are so forthcoming and open. When Sara was leaving, I was deeply upset, because I don’t like her leaving Bombay and we are very close.”
In 2014 when Kareena was asked about having a family on the same show, she had said, “Right now, it’s not even a thought in our mind. I would love to be a mother, but not for the next two years because the drive is still there.” In 2016, she gave birth to Taimur.
The actress also plans to have her second baby soon.
“I will have my second baby in the next two years,” she had said in a 2019 interview with Komal Nahta.
Sara Ali Khan in a recent interview with Komal Nahta had admired Kareena’s work ethics and said she’s keen to learn from her as far as her profession goes.
“Kareena Kapoor always puts her work first and If there was something, I would like to imbibe from her, it would be her professionalism,” said Sara Ali Khan.
