New Delhi: Cricketer Suryakymar Yadav’s wife Devisha Yadav has added yet another luxury property to her family’s extensive real estate portfolio. Suryakumar Yadav and his wife Devisha Yadav, one of the power couples in the world of Indian cricket, are known to live a lavish lifestyle and have refined taste.
Devisha with her latest acquisition of a premium apartment worth Rs 7.8 crore in Chembur, central Mumbai, has added another jewel to her family’s collection of properties, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the website of Inspector General of Registration (IGR).
Located in the upscale residential project Godrej Sky Terraces, the newly purchased apartment spans a carpet area of 1,402 sq. ft., with a total area of 1,516.20 sq. ft. The property also includes two dedicated car parking spaces.
While interior specifics remain private, according to the IGR property registration documents, the property is located in Godrej Sky Terraces, Chembur.
According to property documents, the purchased apartment features a carpet area of 1,402 sq. ft. (130.25 sq. m.) and a total area of 1,516.20 sq. ft. (140.86 sq. m.).
It comes with a total of two car parking spaces. The transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of Rs. 35.90 lakh and registration charges of Rs. 30,000.
Interestingly, this isn’t the couple’s first investment in the building. In March 2025, Suryakumar and Devisha had already purchased two apartments in the same project for a combined ₹21.1 crore.

Who is Devisha Yadav?
Devisha Yadav, is a popular dance coach and has completed her schooling from Bombay Scottish School and graduation at RA Podar College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai. The artist met Suryakumar while pursuing her graduation. After dating for a couple of years, the two got engaged in May 2026. They tied the knot in July the same year in a traditional South Indian wedding.
She is often seen supporting Surya during international matches and IPL games, playing a strong role behind the scenes in his career.
