Laal Singh Chaddha: Aamir Khan’s first look from his Christmas 2020 release out

New Delhi: The first look of Aamir Khan’s Christmas 2020 release Laal Singh Chaddha is out. The actor is seen in a turbaned look with sharp moustache and curly beard that complete his look as a Sikh.

Aamir plays the role of a slow-witted but kind-hearted army officer who is still waiting for his childhood sweetheart and cannot stop thinking about her. Kareena Kapoor Khan has been cast opposite the actor in the film.

The actor announced Laal Singh Chaddha on his birthday this year. “My next film is finalised it is called Lal Singh Chaddha. It is being made by Viacom18 Motion Pictures and Aamir Khan Productions together. It will be directed by Advait Chandan,” he said while announcing the film.

Laal Singh Chaddha has been shot across 100 locations in India including Delhi, Gujarat, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

Aamir, the perfectionist has been making a lot of efforts to look the part. The actor gained 20 kg for the character and also went on a vegan diet. His character will undergo massive transformation throughout the course of the film from childhood to 50s.

Penned by Atul Kulkarni and directed by Advait Chandan, Lal Singh Chaddha is produced by Viacom18 Studios and Aamir Khan Productions. The movie is slated to hit the theatres on Christmas 2020.
