New Delhi: If reports are to be believed Katrina Kaif will make a special appearance in Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathaiawadi, starring Alia Bhatt in lead role.
If all goes well, Katrina Kaif will be seen in a special dance number in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming film Gangubai Kathiawadi starring Alia Bhatt in titular role.
The Bharat actress was spotted outside Bhansali’s Juhu office and rumours are abuzz about her collaborating with the ace filmmaker for the first time, according to Mumbai Mirror.
“Buzz is, the actress will be seen in a lavishly mounted dance number in his upcoming period drama, Gangubai Kathiawadi,” read the Mumbai Mirror report.
Priyanka Chopra was earlier seen in the title track of Bhansali’s Ram Leela starring Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh.
Katrina Kaif has featured in many popular dance numbers of Bollywood in the past from Chikni Chameli, Kala Chashma, Sheila Ki Jawani among many others.
Gangubai Kathiawadi is adapted from Hussain Zaidi’s book Mafia Queens of Mumbai and Alia Bhatt plays the protagonist who’s forced into prostitution very early in her life and later goes on to join hands with underworld.
