New Delhi: Crime thrillers make one of the favourite genres for web series viewers; the success of Paatal Lok, Criminal Justice, Mirzapur, Sacred Games is the proof. Boasting to be an impressive addition to the list is Eros News’s upcoming crime thriller Flesh which stars Swara Bhaskar and Akshay Oberoi in prominent roles and which will start streaming on Eros Now app from August 21, 2020.
With 8 gritty episodes of 40 minutes each, promising edge-of-the-seat drama, Flesh boasts of an impressive ensemble of talented actors – Swara Bhasker, Akshay Oberoi, Yudhister, Vidya Malvade and Mahima Makwana.
The crime-thriller original series based on human trafficking is written by Pooja Ladha Surti, created by Siddharth Anand and directed by Danish Aslam.
In the series, Swara Bhaskar plays Radha Nautiyal, a fierce, relentless police officer, who puts in all her efforts in solving the mystery. Along with her is Akshay Oberoi who will be seen portraying a complex, dark, yet intriguing character that will shock the audience just by its sheer unpredictability.
While this gripping original series will take the audience inside the dark world of human trafficking, what makes it more interesting for the viewers is the interweaving narrative of the show that uncovers each layer giving a murky insight into the world of crime.
