New Delhi: Jasmin Bhasin’s eviction will go down in the history of Bigg Boss 14 as one of the most emotional one. It was especially difficult for Aly to let her go as he had entered the Bigg Boss 14 house to support her. Even host Salman Khan got emotional as he witnessed the difficult moment. The two said ‘I love you’ to each other for the first time on national television and one could feel the depth of their emotion. Aly and Jasmin started out as ‘best friends’ in the show, but viewers could see that there’s more to their friendship.

Jasmin as an individual player made a mark too. At first, audiences got to see her emotional side and later with all the trials and tribulations of the show she got stronger and refused to shed a tear while giving it back to her adversaries. She also faced criticism for at times over-reacting and stretching an argument the other times, but overall, Jasmin’s journey on the show was quite memorable.

In an e-mail interview, Jasmin Bhasin answered a few queries posed by Top Lead India:

Q: We got to see different shades of Jasmin on Bigg Boss 14, more than we could see on Khatron Ke Khiladi. Who’s the real you–the cry baby or the don’t-mess-with-me girl?

A: Well, I don’t think I am a cry baby. Yes, I do get emotional at times, but don’t we all? As far the latter category goes, I think I am someone who is nice to everyone. But, if you try to come in my personal space and incite or trouble me, I will not take it lying down.

Q: You share a very warm bond with Salman Khan as apparent from the weekend ka vaar episodes. Did you get upset when he criticised you?

A: I really respect Salman Khan and I think he is a wonderful human being and host. There is so much to learn from him and his journey. I feel the way he hosts the show is beyond amazing. Whenever he pulled me up, I only felt disappointed with myself for letting him down. I know whatever he said was for my good.

Q: Aly Gony and you have apparently decided to get married but we saw how in Bigg Boss 14 Aly had mentioned he would marry you, his best friend, hinting he is scared of falling in love. Do you think there is a reason behind his phobia?

A: I don’t think he is scared of falling in love. In fact, falling in love is not a feeling that we can control, it just happens. We are best friends and will always be best friends, no matter what. So I guess this is what he meant when he said that.

Q: From viewer’s point of view, we could not understand what went wrong between you and Rubina. You shared a good friendship earlier.

A: I used to hang out with Rubina because of my friendship with Abhinav. He and I share a great bond and I really trust him. I think that was all that there was to it. We are very different people.

Q: What’s next after Bigg Boss 14. Have you signed any new show or project?

A: I am spending time with my family right now and rooting for Aly to win. Let’s see what the future holds in store for me in terms of work.
