New Delhi: Wagle Ki Duniya is back with a new generation and new tales as Anjjan Srivastav and Bharatii Achrekar reprise their characters of Srinivas and Radhika Wagle from RK Laxman’s gem aired on Doordarshan in its golden era.
The story takes a leap and Sumeet Raghavan and Pariva Pranati represent the new generation in Wagle family as they portray the roles of Rajesh Wagle and Vandana Wagle.
The cast of Wagle Ki Duniya was also seen promoting their show on The Kapil Sharma Show recently. “We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the sets of The Kapil Sharma Show. The entire cast and crew of Wagle Ki Duniya were present, and it made the entire experience even more surreal. The entire Wagle family is a fan of Kapil Sharma, Krishna, Kiku, and the show’s entire team. I was also glad that I could meet Archana after a long time. Archana was the first actress I worked with for the show Aasmaan Se Tapki in the Early 2000s,” says Sumeet.

Aanjjan Srivastav said, “We all know that everyone visits The Kapil Sharma Show for their show’s promotion, I have been there earlier for the promotions of Firangi. Kapil, through his different avatars has given importance to every character he plays. When we were shooting for Firangi in Punjab, he told me how much he loved watching Wagle Ki Duniya and he gave me so much of respect on the sets as well. When we went on sets of The Kapil Sharma Show with the whole Wagle Family and the makers, it felt awesome and the episode was excellent.”
Wagle Ki Duniya: Nayi Peedhi Naye Kissey will air from February 8 every Monday-Friday at 9 PM on Sony SAB.
