New Delhi: Comedy king Kapil Sharma and wife Ginni Chatrath became parents to a baby boy today morning. He took to Twitter to thank fans for their love and blessings.
He also said that the newborn and his mother are in good health.
“Namaskaar! we are blessed with a Baby boy this early morning, by the grace of God Baby n Mother both r fine, thank you so much for all the love, blessings n prayers. Love you all. Ginni and Kapil,” he wrote.

The couple who got married on December 12 in Jalandhar in 2018 welcomed their first child Anayra in December 2019. In a Twitter chat with fans he confirmed that he’s taking a short break from The Kapil Sharma Show to take care of his wife who’s expecting a second child. “Bcoz I need be there at home with my wife to welcome our second baby,” he wrote.
When asked if he wants a baby girl or boy this time, Kapil answered: “boy or girl, tandrust ho bus.”
Congratulations have started pouring in for the comedian from across the fraternity.
