New Delhi: Smart auto solution provider Rosmerta Technologies on Tuesday said it will host the launch of a unique initiative on road safety awareness at Auto Expo 2023.
Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari and Minister for Heavy Industries Mahendra Nath Pandey would be present at the launch of the road safety initiative named Surakshit Safar (Safe Journey) on January 12 at Auto Expo.
“Rosmerta is committed towards the MoRTH (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways) goal of reducing road accidents by 50% in the next 10 years. Through its product and services, Rosmerta is aiming to educate and spread awareness at the grass root level about road safety measures across the nation,” the tech company said in a statement.
Keeping in spirit with the MoRTH’s Road Safety Week, Rosmerta will also organize workshops at its 35,000 square feet large pavilion which will enable and engage audience to test their driving skills and learn about road safety and security standards, it added.
Rosmerta is focusing on regulatory compliances and enforcement of proactive vehicle and rider safety. While the company revolutionized the vehicle identity with standardized High Security Number Plates, it also contributes immensely to Intelligent Transport Management System with vehicle tracking devices, Speed limiting devices, IoT/ M2M connectivity solutions and GPS tracking applications for efficient vehicle tracking, vehicle health monitoring and on-road compliance.
The firm stated that has played a pivotal role in e- Governance solutions with Smart card technology for driving licenses and vehicle registration certificates, enabling digital transformation of rider and vehicle identity assets.

This campaign will also be echoed at Auto Expo 2023 (Vehicles), the Asia’s largest automotive show jointly organised by Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) from13-18 Jan, 2023 at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, UP.
