New Delhi: Arjun Kapoor who’s getting rave reviews for his performance in Panipat recently appeared on Zee TV show Pro Music Countdown. He along with Kriti Sanon made some interesting revelations about their friends from the industry on the show.
The show hosted by Siddharth Kanan presents superhit songs along with a candid chat with the hottest Bollywood celebrities as they open up about their
careers, romance etc.
When Arjun Kapoor was asked about his buddies in Bollywood, he said that he has several friends in the film industry including Ranveer, Katrina, Alia and so on.
However, his equation with Varun Dhawan whom he call Guruji is unique.
When questioned why he gave Dhawan this moniker, here’s what Arjun had to say. Arjun goes on to say that he is the man who stole his first film (Student of the Year) away from him.
“I call Varun Dhawan Guruji because he is a marketing genius. In fact, he does films only because he gets to market them later. I have to say that he is ready to do anything for marketing his films,” said Arjun Kapoor.
Arjun Kapoor’s latest film Panipat, directed by Ashutosh Gowariker and starring Sanjay Dutt and Kriti Sanon apart from him in lead roles, released on November 6.
