New Delhi: Kapil Sharma salutes Covid-19 heroes in an interview with RJ Malishka and has expressed his wish to host them in The Kapil Sharma Show once the lockdown is lifted.
Popular TV host and comedian Kapil Sharma has lauded Covid-19 crusaders for their relentless efforts saying he’s deeply touched by their work during the Corona crisis.
During a conversation with RJ Malishka, Kapil also appreciated the struggles of the police during the pandemic. He also said that he has a special connect with the police department as his father was associated with it.
He also brought to notice the tragic accident that took place in Punjab, where SI Harjeet Singh lost his hand while at service. He also recalled the heartfelt gesture by Ayub Sheikh who is a farmer from Paithan, Aurangabad who helped his needy neighbors by providing them with 2500 Kg of wheat grains during the lockdown.
The comedian who’s also a great singer dedicated the song ‘Jeena issi ka naam hai’ to the COVID Crusaders.
Kapil Sharma also expressed his desire to host these COVID-19 heroes and invite them to his show once the lockdown is over. “It will be a beautiful episode. In fact, I would like more than one episodes.”
Kapil Sharma was invited as a guest in the fourth episode of 93.5 RED FM & Music Plus’s Rise India Awards dedicated to the selfless efforts of COVID crusaders.
